Christmas Hours and Shipping Deadlines 2020

Based on Auspost projections it is no longer possible for us to guarantee delivery by Christmas this year following the expiry of our final cut-off time of 11am on Tuesday December 22nd

We will continue shipping daily to customers, and if you choose a product from our Christmas Express category and select Christmas Express shipping at checkout we will ensure we ship it for you on the day of order. This means that realistically QLD and NSW may still receive items by Christmas, but we can’t guarantee it.

CHRISTMAS OFFICE HOURS
It’s been a long, tough year, so we’re going to take some R&R at the end of the year from Wednesday 23rd December – Monday 4th January 2021. During this time we will answer emails and enquiries on Facebook Messenger, but please be aware our usual instant responses will probably be not *quite* as instant during this period.

The website will remain open for business during this time, and we’ll continue taking your pre-orders and ensuring you secure what you need from the AMAZING releases we have in January and beyond.

Our warehouse will be taking a break during this period as well, but we will continue to ship items in our CHRISTMAS EXPRESS category as fast as we can, so if you have any late Christmas gifts you need to get out, we’ll do the best we can for you!
